This book is divided into two parts. The first part provides an overview of key themes and issues related to refugee children including their experiences, the importance of culture, play, parenting and school for their recovery, the need for timely intervention and strategies to achieve maximum impact. The second part presents seven case studies conducted or funded by Save the Children, detailing different interventions done with displaced children.
