Rawya is a PhD student at the Development Planning Unit, Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment, UCL. At DeCID, she is researching the topics of displacement, cities and children.
Rawya’s background links her education in Nutrition and Public Health to work in policy-oriented research related to the topics of migration, refugees, and development as well as work related to the coordination, field supervision, planning, data collection and analysis of a number of social and health research and outreach projects with international NGOs, ministries, and UN agencies.
