The Youth-Centred Design Toolkit provides tools and techniques to include child and youth voices in the development of meaningful programming that reflects the real needs of today’s kids. This Youth-Centred Design (YCD) Toolkit helps teams of colleagues, children, youth, their families or caregivers and organizational partners explore and design solutions together. The YCD toolkit has been built around human-centred design tools and techniques in six chapters: Create a Safe Space; Build Personas; Define an Opportunity; Generate Ideas; Build Prototypes; Get Real Feedback; Then, Do it Again.
