Luke’s background is in international development partnerships and project management. At DeCID, he will be studying the potential of participatory grantmaking to transform the relationships between donors and the movements and organisations they fund.
Prior to beginning his studies at UCL, Luke spent ten years with a large NGO, most recently based in Islamabad as its Director of Policy and Partnerships for Pakistan.
